You might want to recheck the home prices for the Village at Country Creek in Fruita, CO. The numbers listed on their web site are a lot higher than the ones you posted.
Editor's Comment: Thanks Lannell. These communities change their prices so fast that we shouldn't try to list them. But looking online, it appears that most of the homes are in the $400s.
